Frequently Asked Questions

How we work, what we sell, and what to expect when you buy from us.

We're a Canadian liquidation retailer. We buy warehouse closeouts, surplus inventory, and liquidated lots — sort through everything, test what needs testing, and sell individual items to Canadian buyers at genuine discounts.
Most items are used, open-box, or customer returns. We describe condition accurately on every listing — if it's tested and working, we say so. If there are cosmetic flaws, we document them. We do not sell items as new unless they are genuinely factory sealed.
Electronics are powered on and functional inputs/outputs checked. Gaming consoles are booted and tested with a game. Printers do a test print. Receivers have all inputs and the FM tuner tested. Tools are run through basic operational tests. Condition is described per listing.
Liquidation inventory is often heavy, bulky, or fragile — vintage stereo receivers, CRT televisions, power tool kits, kitchen appliances. Proper packaging and reliable couriers cost real money, especially for cross-country delivery. Rates reflect what it actually costs to get items to you safely, not an arbitrary markup.
Yes, to all provinces and territories. Some heavy items (CRT TVs, large furniture) are local pickup only — noted clearly on those listings. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item's weight and dimensions.
Orders process within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after shipping: British Columbia 2–5 days; Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba 4–7 days; Ontario and Quebec 5–10 days; Atlantic provinces and territories 7–14 days. These are estimates, not guarantees.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if an item doesn't match its listing description. If we said it works and it doesn't, we refund including return shipping. If the condition was accurately described and you changed your mind, return shipping is at your cost. Contact us first — we resolve issues quickly.
Yes. Local pickup is available and the best option for heavy items like CRT TVs or large furniture. Contact us to arrange a time. Some items are listed as local pickup only and cannot be shipped.
Yes — eBay Canada as well as this site. If you find us there and prefer to transact on that platform, that works. Some items appear only on one platform depending on category.
Electronics (vintage stereo receivers, CRT TVs, printers), gaming (consoles, controllers, games), vintage kitchen (Pyrex, Corelle, cast iron), tools (power tools, socket sets), collectibles (film cameras, hockey cards, die-cast models), furniture, and automotive. Inventory rotates weekly based on what's on the pallets.
Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the damage as soon as possible. We will arrange a refund or replacement. We pack items carefully, but transit damage happens and we stand behind every order.
Occasionally. If you're interested in a partial or mixed lot rather than individual items, contact us and we can discuss what's available.
